Dave Bonnet (Sevn4USA@@aol.com) sent me the following msg identifying Dame Moomey's Husband and children:

Hello,

My name is Dave Bonnet and I live in Orando Florida.

I have been investigating my Grandfathers side of the family and in doing so came acrossed your home page. Why, you ask? Well let me tell you.

Your Grandmother Anne (Shepard, which is correct, by the way) is the sister of my Great Grandmother, Dame Shepard Moomey. Dame Shepard and Joseph Moomey had six children; Irene Moomey Bonnet, Hattie Mae Moomy Ash, Lee Moomey,Fred Moomey, Jacob Moomey and Ethel Moomey Herman. Hattie Mae Ash and Ethel Moomey Herman are listed as guests at you granmothers funeral. They were her nieces. Hattie mae is the only one from the family left and she is very happy in a rest home in Springfeild, Illinois.

I have a picture of joseph and Dame Moomey on their wedding day if you would be interested to have it.

Other then the info that I have given you, which is probably information you alrerady knew, I have no more info on the Moomey side of the family.

Did Anne Shepard have any other siblings other than my G. Grandmother Dame?

I now understand that the Shepard parents were Edward Sheperd and Rena Gill. Do you have any photos of the parents? or any other siblings? I would be very interested to have any info you may have regarding your Grandmothers immediate family.

Thanks you for putting the note after the name Dame on your page! It was the only place in days that I was able to get any info!
